Tabber
Tabber replaces the Windows Alt-Tab task switcher with an experience that reduces the time and effort required to switch between apps. It works great if you have one monitor. It's amazing on multiple monitors.
Tabber still uses Tab and Shift Tab to navigate your most recently used windows, but it also organizes apps into groups with columns of app windows, providing natural keyboard navigation when you want to jump to work that isn't so recent.

Navigate the groups with your arrow keys or the Q, W, A, S keys for one-hand operation.
Release Alt, or press Enter to open the highlighted window.

Note the toolbar on the top right.
